Seen a nice Britax kiddie seat in tesco's direct catalogue, £60 and "slimline to fit in modern car seats" so it should fit nicely in the cobra :) It's forward facing but they don't stay in the rear facing seats very long.

Edit to add, this is for when you and little'un go for a blast to give mum some peace (before anyone mentions there are only 2 seats :) )

I want another elise, Tom. Cobra is cool, but its a dry-weather car, and tbh when the baby is here, I wont have time for it.

Shame, as it is stunning. One of the best car designs ever, imho!

I may well change my mind after it's on the road, though *wink*

Got it cheap as it wasn't registered with the DVLA properly and isn't finished.

Uh Oh, have you thought about how you are going to register it properly? I think you will most likely have to put the car through the SVA and then talk to the DVLA who will check the car over thoroughly before summarily giving you a Q plate.:(

I have put two cars through the SVA, the first one was an old kit (1989) Marlin Roadster with a V8, took me 3 attempts (Don't get me started). I looked on the first test as a way to get a job list to get the car past as it was produced way before the SVA was even thought of. Things like 2 stage door catches and E marked glass and lights will be required. PM me if you would like more info.

It's already been sorted and is now correctly registered.
Cheers though!

Failed on front wheel bearings, so £19.98 and an hour or so later, and it's got a lovely green sheet!

Also changed the front brake lines as they were an advisory.

Lovely drive home... until I ran out of petrol! *wink*

Awesome.
