Picture of a GT1752 in place as promised. Just a few millimetre clearance on the compressor housing. A light touch with a BFH will sort that out

Maybe a heavy touch with the LFH might be better?

I have the materials to make two manifolds and that is as far as I've got.

Still plan to make them soon but have a stack of other jobs taking priority at the moment.

Brave man! I was giving out that I had to cut my plates from 6mm mild steel using an angle and a die grinder!

ah, fair enough,

I didnt find the stainless too bad to work with, hacksawing is not that much worse than the equvialent thickness mild steel, drilling is much more of a problem as most cheap pillar drills turn a bit to fast.

although saying that if i did another manifold i'd be looking at somthig like this.

A year on and I've finally got around to sorting out the materials for this.

Although I had a piece of bar for the flanges, I've found a local place that will laser cut them at a very reasonable price.

So I've ordered six sets of flanges, 3 sets for the GT17 inlet flange and another 3 sets for the T2/T25/GT20 flange.

I'm going to try to get two manifolds made in the next few months. One for a GT2056 on our Miglia and one with a GT17 flange for one of you lucky people.
