maybe proper catches for the flip front for a start *tongue* the ones you have at the moment look like they would give quite abit of drag hehe.
on a more serious note, why not get the car done how you want it? instead of asking other people what they think? my mini was going to end up russet brown, a very cool colour yes but not what i wanted, now its going to be black with a dark grey roof and chrome trimmings :)

That was just a clamp for when i was trimming the front to fit*tongue*

Fitted locking aerocatches now:

Dont worry I will get the car done how I want it lol, im just looking for inspiration and opinions to help me decide! Sometimes I have trouble visualising things so it helps to get other ppls points of view.

Mike - thats a nice blue! Not sure if its too pale for my liking though hmmmm

im thinking i will def go for a black roof with whatever color i choose to go with, i keep leaning towards the idea of brown, with me carbon migs a carbon bootskin and maybe even a carbon roof?

I would photoshop it but it would be no use - im kack!

Now that's an idea, gunmetal would go well this the carbon fiber, in hindsight I'm not so sure the brown would though.

Thanks for the input!!

Im not keen on yellow or red for some reason, and brown sounds pretty cool actually, might be risky though:

If you don't do yours this colour scheme I could well be tempted to repaint my roof and arches! *tongue*

I agree, I think the car needs to be a bright/illuminous color to contrast the carbon fibre bits and make them stand out.

That or a darker tahiti blue or gunmetal.
