It is all very well carrying a bar about, but in the situation above what are you going to do with it? Hit him with it and all of a sudden all the witnesses are ringing the police to report an assault, and the damage to the car is forgotten about and you are in more bother than the BAC who rammed you in the first place.

Agreed i'd never use it if I was pissed off. But if I felt threatened I wouldn't hesitate getting it out, but never with the intention of hurting someone. Ive been to the police, and even to the station and theyre just not interested because noone is injured, she advised me i could "put in a whiplash report" and then they can look into it, hes going to get away with his road rage and thats what annoys me the most. I could never lie to police about things though.

Take the insurers for a full respray, then you can sort the rust while your at it.

It's frustrating I know, but he hasn't really got away with it. He'll be out of pocket and considering your paint that could be quite a lot. If he drove off then it would be a lot worse. Just get all you can out of him! On 7th Nov, 2008 Nic said:

oh, and i dont condone violence, but one day he will do that to the wrong person and get himself really hurt. i know a few boys who would have put him in hospital if he had done that to them...as for the police, they never want to know about real crime. its all about targets and speed tickets. |

I had a near miss yesterday, someone pulled out streight in front of me at a cross roads, I just nipped round him on the other side of the road, but if anything had been coming I would have just had to T-bone him.

much respect to you for not killing the cun*, i had an experiance abit like that down my road when some BAC tryed ramming me off the road in my mini i jumped out and ran after the bastard, i got my revenge a few weeks later though Drives
