stu work out the torque to be 190 ft/lb so really happy, specs are piper 270 (really the same as a 266) cam, med head 36 -32 28cc, 15cc pistons, gt17 turbo with 360 degree uprated thrust, 1293cc, oil squirters, straight cut everything,

What times did you run at avon last year with and without the gas if you dont mind me asking?

think i ran a 14.2 or something, but the rear wheel bearings where knackered so it was like pushing a truck! rolling resistance was far to high! 13.56 with gas, in full race trim cage etc etc. "Cars are a lifetime of pain" |

course i will, a 13.6 is good in full race trim, i reckon after reconsidering its probably over 600kg, about 900 with me in it! i really should stop eating those pies! "Cars are a lifetime of pain" |

What revs did it make that power at? is max power at a higher or lower revs then the t3?

max power was at 5000 ish rpm, but i think its due to the downpipe and de-restriction in the manifold, either way 25 bhp for 250 quid isn't bad. I'll let you know how i get on with scruffy tommorow. "Cars are a lifetime of pain" |
