i know what your saying nic but what else would you do, we could all just buy a 998 mini make it look nice and enjoy but youll never be hppy with that would we. i had a bad day friday really, had jobs to finish in morning, picked trailer up at dinner packed van put mini on trailer couldnt find straps to tie mini down with had to drive a few miles to borrow them. gets to avon and had parked van trailer to close to fence got mini half stuck on/off trailer couldnt drive it back on due to wet wheels eventully got it off. then opened back of van to find 3 ltres of oil had spilt in back. will i do it all again YES.

i think the main problem nic is we all tend to leave it to late to get cars ready for the event. why not aim to get the car done for march/april?,

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

I think Carl should get the prize for the most work done leading up to Avon.

That car was in bits a few weeks ago.

Well done Carl.
