They don't get that hot really. Especially not with a turbo fitted...

Last year trying to get the 1400 running with a stupidly high flow fuel pump on a pathetic Rover SPi set up, LOL, it over fueled like a bitch and spat 3 foot flames out the exhaust. Im sure my glass packing is still there

Just pull it out with your hands. Thats all i did. I cut a square out ripped out the shat and welded the top back up.

1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.
