depends you can just tell the insurance that youve swapped the engine, but your best off letting the DVLA know aswell. |

my turbo is still listed as a 998 with the dvla, but the insurance know about every last nut and bolt that's been changed. Really not worth the risk.

when my mini was on the road i used to get pulled alot! 9 times out of ten they just wanted to have a little poke around the car and i nearly always ended but in a conversation with them about minis.

anyone know his reg ? what an absolute tool you are !! here is a picture i forsee you go out tooling ure turbo, crash it into some poor old person (like Benross) because you are a mong who has the equivilant of a wanks worth of driving experience. you then run away from the scene of the accident but are too stupid to realise you are already screwed ! cops pic you up you get banned from driving, you get a marker against you for insurance fraud. and you never get insurance again (or cheap insurance) and a criminal record having been charged with "Obtaining a percuniary advantage" which comes under the theft act 1968

no i cant do PNC that would get me sacked, i can notify (just like anyone else mind) the insurance database / dvla / police force that the car is located.
