Isn´t the above "caused" by an lsd, darting side to side, shifting drive force left/right adding torque steer?

No an LSD is used to combat torque steer as it locks and transfers equal power to both driven wheels.

Hmmm, how come I dont get torque steer on mine - ah, maybe cause I have no traction... hmmm...
Mine dances though, literally feels like the front end is dancing left right left right, but hardly (if ever) has pulled me across lanes.
Same spec as Bens was - however his did drag you across lanes.

Im trying to figure that one out...
Mines running open diff 3.765 ratio...

Maybe with better tyres it would but at the moment, nope, no massive torque steer.

Lack of offset on the wheels. I absolutely swear by 5" rims for road driving with 165 tyres. Centre point steering as much as possible.

Big offsets=nightmare, coupled with the rolling resistance of your suspension components, etc.

Mine was light and tight and wasn't too bad, I think if you baggy it up a bit and run a "loose arse" the increased leverage seems to chuck it around a bit more.

I wouldn't know what the power feels like, but I imagine it was like my first mini with worn bushes, loose engine mounts and soggy suspension and silly wheels.

I'd only consider wearing wider rims if I was going to wear some odd racing tyres. I imagine it's the same as with an LSD.

5" wheels all the way.......

Bugger off, I'm getting there.

ha ha, yea i probably get myself a saab/bosch diafragma type instead:)'
Do i have any use for the bleed valve with the rotrex? i was thinking
in the lines of dumping excess boost through a valve that could be adjusted from the cockpit…must learn more*frown*

Nope as the boost pressure is designated by the pulley ratio and engine cc, do you have a low level bypass valve?

that's a huge supercharger! And yes, no need for bleed valve as you don't have an actuator.

Chers guys,

have to admit i don´t know what a low level bypass valve is…maybe that´s what i´m after?
As you say i don´t realy know where i end up boost wize, and for a starter it had been nice to "cheat" a bit with an adjustable valve…
