right, if ive got a path inside a path that i have turned into a slection how do i turn the path into a "subtration from the selection" type thingy. if i turn the path inside then selection into a selection i lose my outer selection?!

any ideas? what am i doing wrong?!

Ahh right this had me stuck for a while. After clicking the visibility button did you select the original path? If you hover over it with the pointer it should turn into a little hand with a pointing finger, when you click the path will be selected and all the points along the path should appear?

Now you should be able to draw another path inside the original and click the create path from selection button?

ive just figured it out as i clicked back on this thread woop woop im away now!!

if you create a path, say around the top half of the car and then make it into a slection. then you create a load more paths around the windows. in the layers window if you right click the path you want to subtract from your selection it just says subtract from selection and bish bash bosh your away.

Yep that's it loads of options on right click, to me ages to work it out! It should automatically subtract if you create a 'path within a path' if you know what I mean.

Matty where did you get your centre caps from btw?

I got them with the wheels. Im sure ive seen some similar ones at shows, but never seen any weller ones?
