Putting in that last engine mount bolt OS rear (I always leave it 'til last). I find it not too difficult these days, but it's taken years of practice to train my hand to do it. And I have small hands.

Re exhaust clamp. On my car I can clamp pipe to elbow and offer the whole lot up at once,because I have a short front pipe and a bolt up connection to the rest of the system, under the car. |

The roll pin that secures the gear selector to the selector shaft, taken me 6 engine changes to get the hang of it. On 7th Oct, 2010 5haneJ said:

for me,it all lied in the selection of a correct punch. not a selection of nails, screwdrivers and general crap lying in the garage.
