Nic I wish it would do wheelies but Motorsport Ireland are funny about cars that do wheelies on the national race tracks, God only knows why lol On 17th Feb, 2009 Rob H said:

Well with the Race season now in full swing over here Im am geting far less time at this than I would like that coupled with the fact that I ran out of gas for the welder and the stupid spare bottle has a leak so it was two empty, ment I got far less done than hoped today but a few pic of the progress today.

Neat idea Paul - one or two things I'm sure you've thought about but haven't mentioned. Camber gain - running the top arms at a high angle will make the camber gain aggresive/excessive, Migs get away with it because they ar ego karts - what a mig ride height would be like with this set up on the rear could be interesting! - toe change, again beneficail if set correctly and goes in hand with bump steer - looking forward to seeing how you get on in testing - you'll have to drill lots of holes in the donut to lose stiffenss from themto compensate for the lack of weight on the back.
If Carling made Mini engines

Thanks John, I have been thinking hard about these things, Please feal free to elaborate on the top arm isue, I must confess Im far from Knowlegable on all the aspects of this idea, There will be a lot of trial and error in geting this I have been in talks with a local GTM coupe race driver as they have most these isues but on the front On 17th Feb, 2009 Rob H said:

good work, dont forget to weight it against a rear subby before you fit it. no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

you need to find the weight without including the sprung weight (i.e wheels). http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk
