You will need to hard anodise the door skin, paint it and assemble it with thikol which is an aircraft spec sealant. The other method of atachment would be to use PTFE tape on the mating surfaces. Regardles of what you do its going to carrode but these methods will slow down the process a fair bit. Edited by Mr Joshua on 3rd Apr, 2009. Own the day

i would be interested in this drive in drive out jobby or exchange door service as mine are slowly going and looked at replacing them this year |

Its looking as though a skin on its own is going to cost around £115 each.
