If they party till 5 am, do they sleep during the day? If so, make a point of going around at 8am to discuss the noise problem. Failing that, start up a cement mixer, throw some bricks in it, and leave it running while they try to sleep.

If the house is a semi then go up into your rents atic with a couple kgs of beef cross trough into there atic space leave the beef in a nice spot, cross back seal up the hole and wate *indifferent*

I had a similair problem last year, just moved in and the dickhead next door thought it would be funny to play tubilair bells at 3am, all this stopped after i went round and had the prick by the scruff of the neck. However your problems fair bad due to them being a few of em.

2 ways you can tackle this mate,

1.Enviromental health SHOULD come out and measure the volume/noise polution, im pretty sure the open at about 11pm and shut at about 6am. Also document every incident, and get a camcorder and record the music and and fracars you have.

2. You pay a bunch of good mates to go round and have a very friendly word. You and your family need to be well out if it.

The latter i would go for.
