No experience with TPS here so bear with me..

You are talking 0-100% but the load numbers are 20-220 or something. I don't get it..

What happens to the active box when you floor the throttle? does it go to 100 on the load? It should go left-right with rpm and up-down with throttle position..yes?

Hi,

I havnt swapped the pip/saw around yet but last night i read that the ignition system should run without the megajolt plugged in, using the EDIS 10 degrees advance.
I tried this earlier and it runs even worse, just wondering if this indicates any obvious problems?

Thanks

Jon

have you tried changing the connections on the vr round, checked your plugs have not broken down. and make sure you have the ht leads the right way around

Hi

Will try changing the pip/saw first.

Then try changing the vr sensor.

The plugs are fine as they are brand new.

What should the order be for the ht leads, just to check as i am sure i have it right.

Cheers

Jon

Is your crank sensor mounted 90deg from the missing tooth at tdc? If not any timming on the mj will be wrong.

that map will be fine for TPS in the first instance, then he will have to change his values from 0-100%

Just to double check this am i right to say, set number 1, (closest to rad) at TDC, then put the missing tooth straight up. The sensor is set at 9 o'clock.
