Well done Will. Is Phil Short's old car out this year and if so what sort of times is it doing? The bloke that bought Phill's old car only races at Curborough (normally). Phill Short was at Olivers in a very nice Audi S2 Coupe (best time 48.36). http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

How can you have a standard 1340 engine when 1340 engines don't exist? Bar one that I know of. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:
Mine gets in the way a bit, but only when it is up. If it is down it does not cause a problem. |

I was going to say it sounded a bit fruity for a standard a-series. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Really interesting void Allan. It looks like you were braking earlier than me into Meir and you came off the throttle much more round the left hander up the hill. But I suspect that both these were because you were goiing faster than me at both points.

Wish I had a vid of mine now I am still learnig this car I was quicker nearly every run all weekend and didnt crash :) or spin even once. I had a couple of slides at the top of the hill it felt like I was near the limit up there with the setup I had. New Avons next time if the wife agrees but around £400 for 2 is a bit steep.
On the braking subject I need a more brave pills but I am geting there it all new. Allan |
