Paul, could you do estate rear doors? You can get them in fibreglass but wonder if there would be intrest in alu ones.

The bulkheads are kind-of easy, until you get to the top rail... Then it starts getting VERY expensive very quickly.... I was thinking of things like the front panels, or doors for the 80" which need a lot more skills than the 86" on doors to re-manufacture.

How about bulkhead boxes with the sloped bottom to stop water sitting in it, like Jason on here sold once.
I'm sure they'd be pretty easy to make, but it's something nearly every Turbo conversion needs, unless Mirage etc
