I am currebtly having a head welded after breaking through into a water way during porting, could you not have the oprn water ways welded up before you fir the sleeve thereby iliminating sealing issues? Or is this already done?

yes stef, damages in three place, two between valves and the spart plug hole which is why it was retired from nitrous , none reach water though so will still work if needed,
