got perspex windows waiting to go in. I've seen a few peoples plastic doors. They looked shit and wouldn't do much in an accident On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Those hinges are exactly the same as mine and mine passes fine. Tbh you struggle to even see to holes even if you're looking for them.

Lose loads more by joining up some of the holes to make slots. Looks more engineered too rather than just butchered I seriously doubt it! |

Paul - Any suggestions for fixing the skins to the frame at the tops? I've used pop rivets for now, but they protrude into the window runner a bit too much for my liking...

I used aluminium countersunk pop rivets then held a steel dolly inside the window channel and peened it with a hammer to crush it flat enough for clearance I seriously doubt it! |
