Anyhow the feed pipe from strainer and poking out the tank is 10mm ID. One other note the return line into the tank is reduced to 3mm at its outlet (a jet). The outlet sit's inside the throat of a 10 mm bore pipe which is the feed pipe for the swirl pot. The returning fuel and the reduced return outlet act as a jet pump to fill the swirl pot and keep it filled. The inlet to the pump is 10mm IDthe outlet is 6mm I believe Hope that make sense. The return line should feed back into the tank. The line running to the filler neck is the vent line and should have a one way valve in it. Own the day

It is on the low filler tanks. On the high filler it doesn't go to the filler neck, which had me baffled when I was looking for the fuel return flow as the Haynes manual stated.
