Doesn't tell you how to get one apart successfully. I have read what's in teh haines manual and it looks fairy straight forward, so will be giving it a go in the next few weeks...

Finally got round to building a box from scratch this week. It's not that difficult.

Built it on the garden table. Wife was pleased. Balls and springs all over the garden :$

The only advice not covered on this thread, is DON'T engage 4th without the layshaft fitted. Ping.....
