They're absolutely ballistic arent they!!

9/10 times they and baldwin were sliding sideways exiting the last corner, still with the pedal through the floorpan!

that's not a mighty mini though.....

that's Julian Howells extreme mighty mini, a series which i THINK was unlimited a few years back when he used to race.
I seem tor ecall it had some insanely lairy 1380 5 port in it, making monsterous power like 150bhp+

I know for sure it's REALLY quick in a straight line

Saw your car prawn when in the paddock stood next to my mates red/orange miglia rep, think youd just finished a run, car looked wicked!

Did anyone see the yellow mighty mini flying around, it had to be the quickest mini out there.

I have done a bit of research and the driver was Peter Crewes.

Aparently in runs on bio-ethanol fuel with a 1380 engine and 7 port head. You could see the sock filter through the front of the bonnet.

Anyone know what HP he is putting out?

I overheard him talking to someone ready to go out with him, 160bhp i think he said

It went past me like the clappers... I tell you what they dont give you much room in the corners... I had to give some two some room in the chicanes! I bit extreme for a track day.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

I agree, thought there was supposed to be no overtaking in the bends? i think they are keen to impress the passengers.

I know and for us newbie's taking a late or wide line into an already tricky chicane is not easy, just to let them through when they could do you as soon as you came out.. I could have closed the door on one car and put us both off.... Lucky those F-Brakes of mine did the job and let me turn in late..

Still good fun. I did take some caution when approaching or catching cars.

i encountered overtaking on the bends, obviosly rules dont apply to some people. BAC"S

Mr Baldwin prefers racing round the paddock to the actual track I think haha.

Your not supposed to over take on the bends, the problem is when you get stuck behind a slow driver in a fast car who canes it down the straights so you can't pass them and then tiptoes round the bends.

Normally I wouldn't of minded but not as I was trying to keep the arse of the car where it should be, god I need to fettle the handling, the piss poor driving didnt help, but happy to bask in my own glory at catching a very nasty tank slaaper out of the chicane!
