Can be used as a notch sensor, i.e. no need to glue a magnet to any spinning parts. I'm sure there is something similar available in the UK

a rover electric speedo sensor from any rover with an R65 hearbox should screw onto a mini speedo cable output or atleast bodge on. teh drive is the correct size, only issue may be the thread. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
