£2000 for whiplash, stay off work for two weeks at least, anxiety while travelling as a passenger on the motorway, fear of vans and getting behind the wheel, make sure you go to the docs a few times over a few weeks possible to get £3000-£4000 out of it

depends on how good the claims people, I got £2000 for whiplash, for spinning the car you should get more.

I was in the mini that got hit by the lorry. Good luck

Im not all one for getting all the money you can in the accident, i just like to have my losses covered and that!

HOWEVER!

This person is a tosser, id suggest you take him for everything he has.

The post may seem a bit harsh before, but i still sweat when i drive my mini on the motorway and cheek the no plate of lorry's before passing them to see if there English. A few years ago I locked up on ice in a 40mph, hit a car at quite low speed and they took £10,000 off my insures (had passergers)

This CNUT is saying Lisa hit him up the arse shunted him into the barrier and then he overturned, i am so glad i took those photos as those alone show this has not happened, Lisa is really worried she will get now stung for the hire car so shes sending it back tomorrow, its really freaked her out

How the hell could she possibly have hit him from behind whilst her car having no major front end damage...has he changed his story mate? I'm sure the boys in blue wont look kindly on that.

Seriously, don't underestimate how dirty people can be these days, people will come out with all sorts of tripe when they're against the wall. Can you get hold of any witnesses? Surely the police had a good look around the scene too, if so his claims won't last a second in court.

At the bottom there says you can get the report from the Police.

I think the damage to the wing on Lisa's car puts that claim to bed
