John, DO you think it would be the same on the road, when bolted into an engine bay, just thinking the cars suspension and flex might effect it?

In reality the only difference here is the engine is bolted solid to the dyno bed with a rubber coupling driving the "flywheel" - there is potential for a lot more vibration through the mounting points on an engne dyno than in a car, both from the engine and the dyno. On the rollers you don't see this belt excitment.
