that goes without saying,

new cam bearing too, as some shite will now be embedded in them and just waiting to work its way around the oil system once more,

it's clear this is partical contamination from whan it was built,
how can i be sure, because ive been there and done that, and i try not to go there again any time soon,

It says CAM6232 on it. So it will be a normal un-hardened crank I reckon.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.
