well, good news and bad

good news in the new bar make sit a piece of piss to de-tyre



bad news is, im really struggling to get the yoko's back on, think im gonna need some practice

i can do 3/4 of the bead, but then it really tightens up, as i cant push the bead down into the tyre well to releive the tension as the tyres so stiff

its obviously possible, just need to perfect my technique!

used one of these for years as an apprentice. only tyres we used to struggle with were the metric metro wheels (was a bitch to brake the bead)

when your fitting the tyres make sure you push the bead of the tyre below the the ridge in the wheel. i used to use my elbow on me left arm whilst pulling the bar with me right.

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

i managed it through pure perserverance (with a little help), but no 'nack' was obtained.

i have another set to do this week, so will give me a chance to practice

if your right handed pull the bar with your right hand aND use your left elbow to push the bead of the tyre as far down as you can

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

yeah, i can see the theory, i just didnt have the strength to get get the bead so far down, with a friend helping it was pretty easy
