Matt... get a Mac, it'll look better on ya desk! If you want a computer that just works without needing to be a computer geek to keep it running and up to date, then get the Mac.

I was that geek many moons ago when all i used was PCs, then i made the move to Mac. It was then that i starting using a computer rather than just fixing it!!! But to be fair I have no idea what PCs are like now days!

That's no help is it?!?! I know buy both, make up your own mind and then sell the one you down like *wink*

last year i bought a laptop, dell inspiron 15, they had a good deal on and i upgraded the cpu. its identical to a ibook hardware wise, works well, but when you compare any mac to pc it comes down to the small things like how the keys feel, the noise of the cooling fans and so on. if you pick up my laptop with one hand where the dvd drive is, it flexes, not nice but then it only cost 390.

you get what you pay for, mac just have that extra bit of thought put in them, if i could, i would have one,
