Joe - I put about 30psi on it and spayed some water over the face and there were about 5 places where there were tiny bubbles, The hole aren't even visable though. The guy drilled each weld out with a 15mm drill and rewelded.

I think im sorted for a spare now aswell! :)

Colin - You should of seen the look on the guys face when I turned up with it all welded up, and told him "there is no sign of a crack". He looked suprised and kind of releaved and the same time! *hehe!*

Not sure about the piston...you can ask! lol

Finnally got round to pressure testing mine today, out of the 19 welded up holes, who wants to guess how many didn't leak?

Yup all but one leaked, wasnt holding out much hope as the welds looked worse than matty's, gonna face it off and mill out the welds a couple of mill and try to get a different welder to have a go this time.

did you use the same welder as Matty?
