if i was having a full rspray id have it done a different colour unless i was painting it again cos the colour i had wasnt up to scratch. ilike the idea of the pale yellow also the grey. black would ruin it i think as it hides alot of features of a mini to look at and on car like yours it wouldnt suit black. IMO

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

Paul - I think yours is individual as its clearly a Wiggy sprint, if it went a more conventional colour it may get mistaken for the trickey sprints etc - just my thoughts.

- how about a non bl colour from the 60/70's like some of the Ford colours - radical!

If Carling made Mini engines
it would probably be like this one!

Just a thought, does this mean you have to paint your garage door too?

really your sprint is really nice,
it look great as it is , I think I'll not have enough of one life to have a mini as your.
if you need to fall in love again, and have that much time to respray from scratch this beauty. sale it and built an other one

To build another car to that standard would literally take years. The work Paul has put into stuff like the engine and custom parts (like the rocker cover) is insane and probably couldn't be done again

I seriously doubt it!

Colour is very individual. I have a grey mini and like it because it is the colour it left the factory in. But in work last week there was a row of 20 or so cars parked end to end, in front of one of the buildings. They ranged in colour from black through grey all the way to white. 20 cars and not a colour between them.....

I'm not suggesting RS orange, but please a colour not a tone. Its not up to me though.

I was going to suggest this but as you say it's a bit common.
