nothing wrong with bodykits,they weigh next to nothing so wont slow you down that much.you will do more cruises than trackdays anyway and 17 year olds should be encouraged to get into minis not called maxpower tossers

lol, aint got a clue! might leave the metal ones on then! just trim them down and put perspex windows in.

thats what i did, well i drilled loads of holes (the pics are on my link at the bottom, theres more holes in there now) as i wanted to keep windup windows

great thinking with the holes! are they the only places you can do them or can u do them in other places. such as:
the rear of the back seats
the parcel shelf type thing

they where on the shell when got it bare!

was planning using the shell in signature below as cruises and racer but with the bit money i got iam thinking of doing red one as track/racer and then another maybe turbo with kit and some custom things!(like both racing and modding but like me standard minis and like the kitted when done prop and unique!) plus dont want to upset the old g's on the site!

you can drill holes anywhere that is not structual, i have them in my rear valance to let the wind out, i used to have them on the bottom of the back seat (the bit that people usually cut out) but then i cut it out!

i personally wouldnt do the seat backs or shelf becuase they do add a bit of strength

basically anything that you could cut out you can drill

yep mines had parcel shelf drilled and boot floor out! its had rear bins out and rear seat bench. need space coz tall plus want somewhere to putt he sound system!lol

maybe in second mini with kit! prob leave this one empty for racing etc...!(weekend car) then have mod one for everyday bump n grind!(pimp style with shag pile rug and fur dash!lol)

greypride: i ainting getting another nova as just sold all my conversion parts to put 2litre turbo in one and cant be arsed to waste money buying back etc...plus i want mini to cruise in!

however i like minis with and without kit! so do one for track(without) and one for cruising(with) then got best of both worlds and dont get the stick! bump nd grind!(iam planning to add rayvern suspension! eassyyyyyy now! respect!)
love the mini and only way gonna have street car and race car! speakers way to much to have in race cars so put them in my modded one where wait and bhp figures aint needed! all about the looks and style!
realised i can do this as read a person had a mini as weekend car and normal car during the week so il have modded during the week and bring red turbo out on weekends and for track days etc....(you no it makes sense rodney!
