But they stop ok Stevie, so I couldn't see how i would gain any thing? If i hit them hard i can lock them up. I don't do track days as such so no need for big cooling and vented i thought, your thoughts very welcome. Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

Less heat build up, so less chance of cracking lol
9.85 @ 145mph

I have Cooper s brakes with slotted solid rotors and M1144 pads with the stock calipers. It feels like it's going to lift the rear off the ground when you stamp on them (obviously it wouldn't but they're pretty good) but if your a bit sprightly down a country road with frequent braking they will fade. That was with the NA 1275 too. I can't get any decent brakes behind the reverse rims though. On 7th Nov, 2008 Nic said:
