Are the synchro rings new?

I've seen brand new synchro rings that have been incorrectly heat treated so that they have distorted and do not grip the gears.

yes paul new rings as i said there was no problems with the box.

it's a N/A car with a 266 cam nothing outrages i was just getting it ready for the SC12.

we also tried all other rings.

the cryo rings fit on an old shitty gear though thats about 40 years old no problems.

my gears are all over.

any chance you could post some decent piccys up?? might give us more of an idea whats gone pear shaped!!
