What a liberty taker! It's not illegal for one and two if he started a claim he would need to return the wheels by a trackable postage method before he could get a refund.

had it happen to me before jo they open a claim and then they say to paypal they have sent them back i recieve nothing and state that i have not recieved them i then get called a lier and paypal go in there favour!

on another note

i listed the supercharger manifold on ebay as its no good to me due to the bonnet cutting, and i also have another set which i had made up due to note recieveing the ebay ones as stated earlyer

well they was removed from ebay because someone stated that i used there description!, i typed all the description myself!

so now i got a guy on my case about the wheels

a pc keyboard that sold for 1.39 and cost me 5.65 to post! and he wants his money back plus the postage i paid!

another guy on my case about some speakers that he says i broke and then packaged them rendering them usless and he wants all of his money back! plus the postage i paid ontop of what he paid due to ebay doing some messed up postage estimationS!

You don`t have to refund postage. So he has to send it back at his/her own expense.

So by sending it back, he will shoot himself in the foot.

Same applies to the wheels. He/She has to send them tracked...He has to pay the return postage, you don't have to refund postage.

Even still, you don`t have to accept a return. The wheels are road legal as stated. Just get an answer from the bloke stating the wheels are all fine apart from the problem hes complaining about.

yeah i have got in touch with a few tyre specialists and they say there is no way they are illegal aslong as there not of the wrong direction

say three front directional and one back or something but mine where non directional tyres so that doesnt matter

since emailing all of the buyers about if they dont want them i will provide them with just the cost of the item back minus the postage and i will not pay for them to post them back

since sending these messages i have not got any replys in response to them sending them back etc so lets hope they keep stum now and only speak if there is a real complaint!

i used to love ebay it was brilliant but now it is full of people that are just wanting everything for nothing so i will just put my weber and manifold on there and my supercharger manifold that i no longer need and that is it for me and ebay
