Benross has said it all, but I should add that in my experience the police are very reluctant to take any action because they cant properly identify so many of these characters and they are on a hiding to nothing if they try.

Vigilantism is illegal and repercussions will follow, but it seems to work in some places ! Go down this road and we are well on the way to anarchy.

We have regular "patrols" by undesirables in transit pickups with ply sides and we all know that if its visible and not bolted down it will disappear.

He can clean it up, will make up for all the parcels he's tried to 'fit' through my letterbox or the time he chucked one over the back fence because he couldn't be bothered to take it back to the sorting office.
