Near Paris - France

A friend of mine had head gasket issues and in the end it turned out to be a cracked block.

What about running your first 1000 miles N/A next time to rule out basic problems ?

isn't the key to running a higher CR to ensure the intake temp is kept low? Reading posts on here anywhere.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

well I think I have now sussed it. While fannying around with everything I had knocked of the signal to the MS, so this has solved the immediate det on high boost now that its not running a fixed 35 deg (durrr).

I'm happy that the fuelling is better now I have changed the carb. I will have damaged the gasket that is on I'm sure with all the fannying around. So when this one goes I'll replace it and see how we get on.
