Depends how well your engine was built. Worst case you could get back pressure and blow your piston rings out.

the head gasket will be blown, also you must reinstate the breather, A series engines love to breath, if is blowing from there on tick over you can bet the rings are shot,

no cant put a breather on it as the side mounted exhaust runs right above it can its be re positioned cheers benross for the info |

you could allways use a breather where the old fuel pump used to sit, ive got a side mount and was thinking of putting one there if it starts breathing hevy. |
