next question
can i use the charge cooler water system as a turbo water supply I was thinking charge cooler to turbo then side mount air/ water cooler then onto front mount charge rad
I have two charge coolers one small in manifold 1 large and a pod mounted intercooler so temps should be ok , I expect the water from the charge cooler may be lower than engine water and I can pump this around with out the engine running
its the best location for my supply also and wont add heat or heat shock to the engine
will it work ? or are turbo water temps too high ?

I don't like this idea, you want to keep the charge cooling water as cold as possible, and not dump heat from the turbo in there.

I know tom but I am hoping the front rad will deal with the temps and loose the extra with out any impact on the charge cooler
I have no idea how much the turbo will add

next question regards the actuator
I only want 0.5 bar for now untill its run in and back on the r/r but the actuator is slightly larger at 0.7 can i back the pre load off slightly or is there any positive to backing it of further say 0.3 and using a mbc to bring it back up
is this possable or will it harm / burn ? the waste gate being less pre load
its running charge cooling and a small smic and being remote has longer than the norm boost pipe length I expect this may loose me some of the pressure i want ?
