You'll need a bit more than 12-15psi to see the magic 200hp ! *wink*

20+ psi, an efficient Turbo at this kind of boost & a decent intercooler.

just used that link. It says i will need about 22psi on a 1330 or 240si on a 1293. So would i be better running lower boost and higher cc or higher boost and lower cc? Are dump valves adventages? Do they aid in power/acceleration? Tried to search for this but not really got any where.

Thanls

Size wise i'd go for what ever pistons you can get and rebore to those,

a 1380 will be a bit more torquey off boost though,

I'd always fit a dumpvalve as it protects the turbo, when you shut the throttle all the air from the turbo has nowhere to go so you get a big pressure spike, the higher the boost the bigger the pressure spike, the dumpvalve dumps all this boost protecting the turbo, also you dont then have to spin the turbo back up when you get back on the throttle.

depends how much room you have etc, some people use the cossie 4X4 one or you could get a custom one made up all depends on what your looking for
