well my old manager had something abit like this but it was him who didnt pay the money back, he ended up with bailifs at his door a court order and £49,000 of fees bills ect. he had to declaire himself bankrupt as he couldnt pay the money. so i geuss somewhere there is a loophole to get your money back. at least you have it in writing now thats shes going to pay youif you ever have to go to court in the future Done now needs redoing lol |

If you have a record of payments through banktransfer and she paid her debts with card payment you have a case and could get the court to order her to pay, but only if there is a clear trail. If not tale the £50 On 7th Nov, 2011 apbellamy said:

Tbh going to court in the event of non payment wouldnt be worth it. Too many ways to make small payments like a 5er a month etc. Admin orders and other things. When the courts asses your ability to pay any fine, debt you do an assesment of your income and expenses and its very easy to get your expenses above your income. You wouldnt believe the things your aloud everyweek like an amount of money for clothes, mobile top ups and all sorts of things. If she offers £50 a month then take it because a court even if they found in your favour would prob only get you a couple of quid a week. one day boost will be mine!

You shouldn't have to be gratefull it's your money lol, but it's the first time I've seen a bloke get paid any money owed to him by his ex, I know people who are owed about 15k but it's not down on paper but on top of that they're in court as their ex is after a cut of his assets |
