Driver weight is a big issue in F1. I remember watching about it, the engineers get pissed off at drivers who dont get trim enough, they spend hrs on end trim a kilo here and there from a car, only for a slightly overweight driver to put it all back again. one day boost will be mine!

I'm about 60kg maybe a bit under, i guess i have the advantage over most being a short arse at about 5'8". |

I am 85kg / 13 stone but i am working on that at the min, I have been out running 6 miles over the hills a day and then in the gym for an hr. i have dropped 2kg in a week It well help to make faster times this year at avon.
