I bought a MacAllister grinder about 6 months ago, and it has had 200+ hours of use and its still going strong. I also went for the £15 grinders but they only lasted a week or so, so I went for this one and its been brilliant especially for the money!

If it all goes tits up. Get yourself over to Jacs in Skipton.

They sell all the leading brands, But the guy in there knows his stuff. And sees all the returns and repairs. He advised me to by this German yellow thing. ( Can not remember its name.)

Only £35 including a 2 year warranty. I,ve had for 4-5 years now and dragged around like a dog, and its still going strong. and its yellow so you can find it easy to. *wink*

Hitachi,Hitachi,Hitachi, the only power tool I will buy now I have blown the ars out of Bosch, Makita, Dewalt and Black& blody Decker.
I have a Hitachi 14V Cordless drill that has literally Built 3 houses, 10+ Race Minis, countless DIY projects, drilled 4 inch hole saws, the list of things goes on and on It is on the same two battries it came with and it never misses a beat.

Like wise I have a Hitachi Grinder its nearly 10 years old and probably burned 100,000 disks at this stage and it has yet to miss a beat.

Love there tools top qulity you wont go wrong with them.

The problem with Dewalt was that retard 'Handy Andy' who use to be plastered with the stuff, and every handy man in the Uk thought they would buy them aswell, and suddenly the markets flooded with shitty dewalt.

Go into any fab shop or a shop where they abuse there power tools, it will all be hitachi, makita or bosch pro stuff, not a yellow piece of dewalt shit anywhere.
