They have a manic amount of orders to fill i am told :/
and to the people who are "put off" their products are 99% of the time to a very very high standard and always happy to help with any issues. Like already said their only downfall is communication and it is mainly down to being so hectic trying to meet a massive amount of orders.
Like all company's there will be the occasional unhappy customer and there is really only two people in this thread who are unhappy customers. One of who i understand has now been sorted.

All im saying is writing them off as a possibility over a couple of unfortunate incidents might not be practical. I would imagine you would find people unhappy with abs and carbon weezel if you looked its just this was bought to our attention.

I'm sure their products are good, but if a company can't get the customer service bit right then inevitably they will loose custom. Sounds like they needs a secretary to manage their comm's.

Sounds like their order book has exceeded their output. this is when quality and timeleness go downhill.

I agree to a point the problem is that there are other companies out there that also provide good quality products AND deliver when they say they will with average to good comms.

You cant blame people for being twitchy when they can hand over a substantial wedge for products then they dont turn up within the correct timescale and they cant get hold of the provider, makes me twitchy and i have not spent anything yet lol

They always say three weeks for everything and i don't think Carl said it was late just he was trying to chase it up and couldn't get though.

And fair enough about being twitchy but its not like they have never delivered. However i agree they need to do something about the coms :/
