I'm sure their products are good, but if a company can't get the customer service bit right then inevitably they will loose custom. Sounds like they needs a secretary to manage their comm's. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Like already said their only downfall is communication and it is mainly down to being so hectic trying to meet a massive amount of orders. Like all company's there will be the occasional unhappy customer and there is really only two people in this thread who are unhappy customers. One of who i understand has now been sorted. All im saying is writing them off as a possibility over a couple of unfortunate incidents might not be practical. I would imagine you would find people unhappy with abs and carbon weezel if you looked its just this was bought to our attention. They always say three weeks for everything and i don't think Carl said it was late just he was trying to chase it up and couldn't get though.
