Here is my new vice. I looked a Recorde, it seems the new ones are made in China, same as every other vice. And the old ones fetch good money, plus I needed one this week.

I found this in a local hardware shop, impossible to buy anywhere else, paid £69. Should last a while I think.

I thought that when I first saw it, but it gets good reviews. Also, if you cast a vice that shape, your prediction would be right. But this is forged, hence you can build a nice useful shape.
