any one have any probs with front windows mines so tight and it makes the rub come up at the corner cos of that much presure and tryed force in the beading and come to the tight corner got it in bt it crcked the window why??

I got my headlining super tight, and had NO real problems putting the windows or the filler strip in.
All you need to do is take your time, and have plenty of lube (i use hot water in a cup with a good healthy squirt of washing-up liquid) to ease it in. Having a hair-dryer to soften the rubber/filler strip is occasionally usefull when it's really hard (usually the last upper corner!).

thats what i used but it was a different window off an older mini could that have anything to do with it are the windows slightly bigger or smaller of different cars it was out of a 89 mini going into my 1996 mini and it wasn't having it and to make the window crack there must of been some presure even bow the rubber up but i haven't got a clue

I am just about to fit the headlining to my car but I cannot remember what order the roof bars go on. ( over 6 years since I took them off!!!!) Can any one help??

fit the bars in to the roof first to see which one goes where as they fit good on there own pretty much self exsplanetary on there own, fitted my roof lining which i made my self and had no problems at all and all windows were pretty much easy to put in and that was with out lube, not meant to use fairy liquid to put windows as it has some sort of salt or somthing that gets trapped in between the rubbers and the body bad thing to do in my opinion
