Right this has been sorted, took the starter to acorn auto electrics today. The starter had suffered from water ingression, the bearing was siezed and the armature was shagged. He replaced all the gubbins inside for £30.
1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.
