I have a two stage on my car very crude but effective. My bleed valve has an internal stop a simple twist untill you hit the stop and voi-la. Like I said crude but effective. And because of the stops you never over boost. Edited by Mr Joshua on 27th Feb, 2010. Own the day

cant i use the stock metro turbo boost solinoid? - Yes doi replace the inline thngy with a bleed valve - what? the stock boost solinoid valve opens at 4000rpm but if i put a switch on it i can open it whenever i like yey/ney? - yes just get rid of the 'ECU' from there do i replace the check valve (thats what its called) with a bleed valve? & set the bleed valve to say 10psi? - take a look at the pics mate. Best way looks to stick the bleed valve in line between the turbo and the actuator with the vent port linked to the solenoid, when you hit the switch the bleed valve will become active and vent through the solenoid :) |
