feebs if you cant tell how to do it surely the advise most people on here have been told for minis applies, go get a haynes manual.

and can we have more slagging off on here please it keeps me amused so if any1 wants to have a go at me ive got 456bhp out of my engine and ive got a mitsubishi intercooler and im gonna be no1 at avonpark 05 d class (lol lol lol)

Oh and tom fenton, i did have a look at the mount , a very good look but i have (i think) a hydro mount? richs reply was all i needed.

The remark about the haynes, how many times have you gone by the hayneS? It often sends you the long way round a job, and never has shortcuts and ways to do things better, for example you dont need to take the whole hub assemblies off on a metro to remove the engine, but the haynes wasted half a day doing it on my old rusty metro.

I dont care anyway im well happy with the astra and id love to see a daily driver fast mini keep up with it 365 days of a year.

i have used a haynes manual on several occassions on several cars and they are pretty good most of the time. i used one last sunday on a ford focus cambelt and it pulled me out of the sh1t bigtime

it doesnt show you shortcuts thats for you to work out yourself
