I see so to reshell it has to be a brand new un registered before shell? Basically meaning enless your willing to drive an illegal car this is worthless?

The shell is prefect for a racer/track car.

To legally reshell a car, you have to buy a new shell from heritage.

Providing the shell used is the same spec as the one it replaces (correct floor for starters), and chassis plate is transferred/removed, there will be no way of telling if it has been done.
