I flushed mine out 3 times with new oil and filter but still wasn't happy so came out for a rebuild, most of it was gone but when I turned the gears it did not feel very smooth.

Anothet hitch with the setup, Where does everyone have their MJ positive lead connected too? I had initially connected it to a permanent +ve, which caused it to run on, and just moved it to the ignition on place, but now it won't start because it gets cut out when I twist the key to start.

I would give your engine a couple of oil changes to get rid of the worst of the swarf.

It'll be getting a proper one in two weeks time when i take it apart to change crank main bearings, fit x pin diff and high flow oil pump.

I'll make sure I get all the bits out then
